grumpy staff choices shortage
the location was amazing close to the colosseum and other attractions.
towels and bedding were not changed despite following the usual placing it in the tub etiquette. the staff seemed grumpy at breakfast, especially when breakfast choices ran out quickly and were not refilled.

amazing location helpful reception grumpy staff limited choices
the location was amazing i was close to the colosseum and other attractions convenience stores and restaurants were very close too the reception was very helpful and arranged my ride to the airport

Fantastic Stay Near the Colosseum!
divine pizzeria helpful staff
I loved the location near the Palatine Hill! The self-check-in was seamless. The adjacent pizzeria was divine, and I enjoyed amazing pizza. The staff were great and very helpful .
The street noise was quite noticeable in the room, even with the windows closed. I definitely expected a bit more sound insulation for the price. Normal conversations from neighbors could be heard easily.

The rooftop terrace was lovely for breakfast. It offered great views of the surrounding area. There was also a jacuzzi. I really enjoyed starting my day there.

central location, but some disappointments
worn fixtures street noise
The room felt a bit neglected. i noticed some stains on the carpet and the bathroom fixtures showed some wear and tear. the noise from the street was quite noticeable, even with the windows closed. It made it hard to relax sometimes.
